Politrack ® It is a multi-purpose solid-state nuclear track automatic scanning and analysis system, which can be used for track etching research, environmental radon concentration, radon personal dose and neutron dose measurement. The system includes track measurement microscope optical system, three-axis electric scanning system, high-resolution CCD camera and special measurement and analysis software. The main advantage of the system is that the user can change any track identification parameters (area, perimeter, area perimeter ratio, long and short axis, gray value, incidence angle, etc.) as required to identify the background signal and tracks with different energies.

(1) Track measurement scanning unit:

  • XY high precision, high speed electric scanning table, 205 × 205mm2, scanning speed: 90mm / s, resolution ≤ 1 μ m. Repeatability < 1 μ m;
  • XY scanning bracket: 200 × 200mm2, can automatically analyze various sizes of detectors, and can carry 64 25 × 25mm2 CR-39 detector;
  • Electric z-axis auto focusing, precise linear displacement of z-axis, repeatability no more than ± 0.1 μ m;
  • The stepping motor is equipped with advanced vibration damper, which can effectively suppress the vibration of the stepping motor and improve the high-speed performance.
  • Radon measurement microscope optical system: equipped with LED system, used for sample backlight, 4x flat field objective lens, numerical aperture ≥ 0.10;
  • Optical system of neutron dose measurement microscope: the illumination system is equipped with Abbe condenser, which is used to balance the contrast and clarity of the image, and is equipped with 20 times flat field objective lens with numerical aperture ≥ 0.45.
  • High resolution USB CCD camera, resolution ≥ 1440 × 1080, ≥ 200 frames / s, with high sensitivity, low dark current, low smear, excellent anti halo characteristics, etc.

(2) Track identification analysis software:

 

  • The user can independently set the reading area and reading area of the detector as required;
  • Track shape analysis: the user can change any track identification parameters (area, perimeter, area perimeter ratio, long and short axis, gray value, incidence angle, etc.) as required to identify the background signal and tracks with different energies;
  • Automatic ID identification, including at least three modes of OCR, point code and enumeration;
  • The user can set all the parameters, change the shape parameters as required and display the results in real time through graphical tools;
  • The user can change any parameter as required, and then use the recalculation tool to calculate without reading again;
  • After the multi detector reading is completed, the data will be automatically saved and can be exported to excel or TXT format;
  • A powerful graphic processing tool can enable let graph and filter the track distribution to filter out all abnormal (large) objects related to higher let detected on CR-39. At the same time, the user can set all the parameters, change the shape parameters as required and display the results in real time through graphical tools;

 

(3) Etching unit:

  • Etching volume: 26L;
  • Etching temperature: 0-150 ℃ adjustable, accuracy not less than 0.1 ℃;
  • Hydrometer: range 1100-1200, used for solution density inspection;
  • Thermometer: range 0-150 ℃, accuracy not less than 0.5 ℃;
  • Built in vortex impeller powerful stirrer, more uniform mixing, no impact of water flow, better etching effect.

(4) Dose box

Radon detection box:

RADOUT ® The radon detection box and CR-39 detector are combined to form a special detector for radon measurement, which is specially designed for measuring the accumulated radon concentration in the environment and radon personal dosimeter. The air inside and outside the radon detection box can be freely exchanged, and its shape is semi cylindrical; CR-39 detector is set at the center of the bottom of radon collection cup (box).
