In December 2021, Beijing Be Whale Technology, Beijing Shenghua Nuclear Security, Shanghai Huagu Intelligent, Goldarmor (Shanghai), Beijing RDIAC tech and Shanghai Avantport signed the "Integration and Restructuring Framework Agreement" in Beijing.

Six companies were reorganized and integrated to establish a new Beijing Be Whale Technology Development Co., Ltd. to achieve "5+1" reorganization and integration.

We work together to become a CBRNe special threat perception and disposal solution provider integrating R&D, production, sales and service. The company has five technology R&D centers and subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenzhen and Xi'an.
